Crash alert: 14-year-old boy seriously hurt in Grafton County ATV accident

WOODSTOCK, NH (GRAFTON COUNTY) – A 14-year-old boy was hurt in an ATV rollover crash in Grafton County last weekend, according to NECN.

The accident happened Saturday in Woodstock as the driver, a boy from Charlton, Massachusetts, was traveling with a group.

He missed a turn, and in attempting to correct the mistake, rolled the ATV down a bankside.

The teenager, who was wearing a helmet at the time, was taken to the hospital in Lebanon for the treatment of serious, albeit not life-threatening, injuries.

Police have attributed the cause of the crash to the teenage driver’s inexperience.
