MANCHESTER, NH – A 15-year-old boy riding a skateboard was flown to the hospital in Boston after being hit and dragged by a school bus in Manchester on Monday, according to WMUR.
The crash occurred on Ashland Street at about 3:30 p.m. as a boy riding a Caster Board was struck by an Easter Seals school bus being driven by a 73-year-old man from Goffstown. The skateboarder was then dragged about 100 feet by the bus.
The teenager was taken to a local hospital, and from there was airlifted to the hospital in Boston to receive treatment for severe injuries.
The bus driver remained at the scene.
The accident remains under investigation.
