LONDONDERRY, NH – A Massachusetts State Trooper was injured when a teenage driver lost control of her pickup truck and collided with his cruiser in Londonderry this morning, according to WHDH.
The accident happened near Exit 4 of southbound I-93 at about 11:20 a.m. when a 16-year-old driver of a dark-colored Chevrolet Silverado lost control of her vehicle on the snowy road. The pickup then spun out and collided with a State Trooper’s cruiser.
The Trooper, who was reportedly exiting the car at the time, was then thrown out of the cruiser as it spun around from the rear-end impact. The officer was taken to Parkland for the treatment of minor injuries.
The teenage driver was not reported as injured.
