Mullin, who leaves behind a wife and two children, was described as an expert motorcyclist and a pillar of the New Hampshire motorcyclist community.
The cause of the crash was not immediately available.
Accidents involving motorcycles are often more serious than those involving other passenger vehicles, due to the lack of protection a motorcyclist has against the force of an oncoming car.
