WINCHESTER, NH – A Boston man was seriously injured on the afternoon of June 30th when he lost control of his ATV and crashed on Old Chesterfield Road.
According to Patch, the Winchester Fire and Winchester Police responded to a call from Keene Mutual Aid around 4 p.m. on Tuesday, June 30th.
New Hampshire Fish and Game conservation officers investigated the accident and concluded that Moises Baez was operating his ATV at an unsafe speed when he lost control and veered off the path. Officials reported that the ATV traveled more than 30 feet before stopping.
First responders transported Baez to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center for treatment of serious injuries.
The investigation into this incident is still ongoing, but Baez was cited for operating his ATV unsafely.
