CHICHESTER, NH (MERRIMACK COUNTY) – A New Hampshire State Police officer and another driver were injured during a T-bone accident in the Chichester area yesterday.

According to the NHSP, the crash occurred on Route 4 (also known as Dover Road), near Smith Sanborn Road, at about 2:20 p.m., when the driver of an SUV pulled in front of a Trooper operating an unmarked vehicle.
The front of the Trooper’s vehicle crashed into the left side of the SUV.
Both drivers were taken to the hospital for the treatment of minor wounds. Their identities were not made immediately available.
The accident remains under investigation at this time.
