Crash alert: Driver facing charges including DUI after passenger ejected in Bedford rollover crash

BEDFORD, NH – A 20-year-old man is facing multiple charges, including DUI and vehicular assault, following a rollover crash in Bedford this morning, according to a press release from the Bedford Police Department.

The accident happened on Route 101 near the Kilton Road ramp at about 12:20 a.m. when the driver of a 2015 Toyota Corolla, 20-year-old Sandown man Joshua Frye, crashed his car. The vehicle rolled over an unspecified number of times, ejecting a passenger from the car.

The passenger, who has yet to be publicly identified, was taken to the hospital in Manchester with severe injuries.

Frye was also brought to the hospital for the treatment of non-critical wounds.

Frye is facing charges of DUI, DUI aggravated collision with serious injury, and vehicular assault.

Bedford authorities are continuing to investigate the collision at this time.
