BEDFORD, NH – The Bedford Police Chief announced Tuesday that an arrest has been made in connection with a motorcycle accident from August 2019 that killed a man.
According to Patch, the accident occurred on Route 101 in Bedford at 7:45 p.m. on the evening of August 15, 2019.
The accident occurred between a motorcycle and a second vehicle. The rider of the motorcycle, 59-year-old James R. Raymond, suffered a major head injury and died later at a local hospital.
Andrew Duffy was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of being the driver who hit Raymond’s motorcycle that evening.
Duffy is being charged with negligent homicide and vehicular manslaughter.
