ROCHESTER, NH – A man crashed into a toll booth after falling asleep at the wheel in Rochester early Friday morning, according to NECN.
The accident happened at the Rochester Toll Plaza on Route 16 at about 4 a.m., after 29-year-old Austin Kootz fell asleep while driving his pickup truck. The pickup crashed into a concrete abutment, causing it to go into the air. The vehicle then smashed into an unoccupied toll booth.
Luckily, nobody was injured in the accident.
No charges have been filed at this time.
