DERRY, NH – One person was hospitalized after an under-construction deck collapsed in Derry this weekend, according to the New Hampshire Union Leader.
The accident occurred at a home on 2 Germantown Road at 12:17 p.m. Saturday.
One person was found by emergency crews atop the collapsed structure, and they were taken to the hospital for the treatment of non-critical injuries.
Officials helped stabilize the original deck, which was unstable, to help prevent further accidents.
The identity of the victim is not available at this time.
