MEREDITH, NH – A man was seriously injured during a single-vehicle collision on I-93 early this morning, according to the New Hampshire State Police.
The collision occurred near Meredith on I-93 S, near mile marker 67.4, at 12:49 a.m., when the driver of a 2014 BMW 750i crashed into the median.
The driver, 42-year-old Penacook man Anthony Oglesby, was found lying on the ground by an off-duty officer who arrived first at the scene.
Oglesby was taken to the hospital in Concord with severe, critical injuries. His condition remains critical as of this morning.
While the cause of the crash was not immediately available, the roadway was slick due to heavy rainfall in the area.
The accident remains under investigation.
