Crash alert: Teenager hospitalized after moped accident in Manchester

MANCHESTER, NH – A 17-year-old boy was taken to the hospital after a moped and a pickup truck collided in Manchester on Tuesday night, according to the New Hampshire Union Leader.

The crash occurred at 9:10 p.m. on Bypass 28 and the Route 101 westbound on-ramp.

The driver of a GMC Sierra pickup truck, a 32-year-old Manchester man, collided with a moped being operated by a 17-year-old boy, also from Manchester.

The teenager was hospitalized with severe injuries.

The driver of the pickup truck was not reported as injured.

Authorities continue to investigate the crash at this time.
