MANCHESTER, NH – Two children crossing the street in Manchester were injured when they were hit by a driver on Monday, according to the New Hampshire Union Leader.

The crash happened on Dubuque Street at about 11:45 a.m., as two girls were walking in a crosswalk. They were then struck by a 39-year-old driver.

The children suffered minor injuries and were taken to the hospital for treatment.

The driver remained at the scene and is said to have cooperated with the investigation, which remains underway at this time.
