HUDSON, NH – Two teenagers were injured following a collision with a garbage truck in Hudson last week, according to the New Hampshire Union Leader.
The accident happened near the intersection of Dracut Road and Pine Road at about 10 a.m. Thursday, when a 16-year-old driver reportedly tried to drive across the street before a dump truck.
The truck, operated by Troy man Robert Spadjinske, 57, then collided with the passenger’s side of their vehicle.
A 15-year-old passenger was airlifted to the hospital in Boston with severe, life-threatening wounds.
The driver was taken to the hospital in Nashua with serious injuries.
The truck driver was not hurt in the accident.
