LONDONDERRY, NH – A woman was severely injured after her pickup truck crashed into a guardrail on I-93 in Londonderry on Monday evening, according to the New Hampshire State Police.
The crash occurred on I-93 S, near mile marker 11.2, at about 6:30 p.m., when the driver of a 1995 Dodge Dakota pickup truck reportedly leaned over to grab an item within her vehicle.
While doing so, her pickup swerved, and she crashed into a guardrail on the left shoulder. The impact caused the vehicle to overturn and land upside-down.
The driver was taken to Parkland Hospital, and from there was transferred to Elliot Hospital with critical injuries. Her identity was not immediately released, pending family notification.
Authorities continue to investigate the accident at this time.
