HUDSON, NH – A man is facing charges of drunk driving after he crashed his vehicle into a tree in Hudson last week, according to the New Hampshire Union Leader.
The accident occurred on Cutler Road at 9 p.m. Wednesday, when 57-year-old Hudson man Richard Lanoue, operating a dark 2004 Nissan pickup truck, went off the side of the icy roadway.
The front of his vehicle then collided with a tree.
Lanoue was taken to the hospital in Nashua for the treatment of minor injuries. He was reportedly not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.
No other injuries were reported.
Lanoue has been charged with second-offense drunk driving and driving after the suspension of a license. He has been scheduled for arraignment on January 29.
