MANCHESTER, NH – A 17-year-old boy was taken to the hospital after a moped and a pickup truck collided in Manchester on Tuesday night, according to the New Hampshire Union Leader.

The crash occurred at 9:10 p.m. on Bypass 28 and the Route 101 westbound on-ramp.

The driver of a GMC Sierra pickup truck, a 32-year-old Manchester man, collided with a moped being operated by a 17-year-old boy, also from Manchester.

DOVER, NH – A motorcyclist is dead after the driver of a Prius pulled in front of him in Dover yesterday morning, according to the New Hampshire Union Leader.

The crash occurred at Chestnut Street and Washington Street at about 11:10 a.m., when a 44-year-old driver of a Toyota Prius, a woman from Dover, reportedly made a left turn, pulling into the pathway of an Aprilia RSV4 motorcycle.

The motorcyclist, 44-year-old Dover man Chester Yung, was unable to avoid a collision.

PORTSMOUTH, NH – A motorcyclist was killed after he collided with a FedEx truck on Route 33 in Portsmouth yesterday afternoon, according to the New Hampshire Union Leader.

The crash happened at Griffin Road and Greenland Road (Route 33) at about 2:10 p.m., when a man operating a Honda Shadow motorcycle collided with the back of a FedEx tractor-trailer.

The motorcyclist died at the scene, while the truck driver was not reported as injured.

HUDSON, NH – A motorcyclist was injured in a crash after he attempted to pass another vehicle in Hudson on Wednesday evening, according to the Hudson Police Department.

The accident occurred near the intersection of Page Road and Derry Street at about 6:12 p.m., when 23-year-old Brookline man Nicholas Fosmire, operating a 2017 Harley-Davidson motorcycle, reportedly attempted to pass a vehicle making a right turn.

Fosmire then lost control of his motorcycle and laid it onto the roadway.

NORTH HAMPTON, NH – A Hampton motorcyclist is in the hospital with life-threatening injuries after a 72-year-old driver struck him with her vehicle on Route 111 and Route 151.

New Hampshire State Police arrived at the intersection at around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday and transported the motorcyclist, Richard Moore, to Portsmouth Regional Hospital. Police determined that the 72-year-old female driver of a vehicle collided with the motorcyclist, but officials have not released more details, according to WMUR.

The driver of the car was uninjured. Moore was airlifted to Boston’s Massachusetts General Hospital after several hours at the Portsmouth hospital.
